Reflexion helps you explore a difficult situation or negative emotion by giving it room to speak.
Instead of trying to suppress the feeling, explain it away or focus only on what someone else did, you follow a sequence of written prompts that gradually brings the beliefs, interpretations and patterns beneath your reaction into view.
The purpose is not to tell you what to think. It is to help you see more clearly what is happening inside you.
Reflexion is particularly suited to people who process their thoughts and feelings through writing.
It is intended for people willing to look inward and ask what an experience may be showing them about themselves. If your main aim is to establish who is to blame or prove that someone else needs to change, the process may feel confronting and may not offer what you are looking for.
You do not need to have anything figured out before you begin. You only need a feeling or situation you are prepared to explore. Doing the steps and feeling into your answers is the process.
You begin by briefly describing what you want to examine (a situation, a negative emotion) and identifying the main emotion connected to it.
Reflexion then guides you through a sequence of prompts. Each step invites you to express, question or reconsider your interest from a slightly different emotional perspective by filling in the blanks.
The prompts are inspired in part by David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness.

There is no requirement to reach a particular conclusion. A session may give you a major insight, a small change in perspective or simply a clearer understanding of what you are feeling.
Reflexion does not send your answers to the Humans 4 Fun server, to Google or to anyone else.
Your entries remain in your browser while you use the tool. When you complete the session, xxx they are removed from local storage.
