After years of mulling over the idea for my passion, raising people's consciousness, I finally created a tool to embody it. Today I uploaded the website.
Don't we all aspire to live our lives gracefully, in serenity, with as little disturbance to our personal peace as we can manage?
Yet our subconscious rules how we react in our daily circumstances, often pushing us in directions where we don't want to go. We flare up in anger, or retreat from our loved ones to nurse our hurts, or we freeze in the face of adversity.
The ways in which we react to circumstances are as varied as there are people. What we have in common is that we are mostly not in control of our ingrained emotional reactions.
I have always wanted to understand people's (and my own) subconscious reactions better. Mostly because I so much desired harmony but somehow I was always fighting someone. I could not understand why two people who loved each other couldn't get along better. How, for all our intelligence we were not able to have mutually supportive loving relationships.
As a coach and a teacher it always gave me such satisfaction when I saw people make a "click" in understanding, whether they were primary school children "getting" the decimal system or adults getting an insight into why their behaviour triggered the outcomes they so abhorred with their partner.
I noticed that our subconscious continuously influences our behaviour, and sometimes outright sabotages what we most desire. All our past experiences and the conclusions we drew about ourselves and the world are stored in the subconscious. They are "programmed responses", which undoubtedly served us at the time, but often we want to move beyond our old coping mechanisms and are unable to do so. This limits our adult expression and development.
Our beliefs attached to past experiences are still influencing our present and show up as current issues we get triggered by. On this site I want to share the tools that helped me (and are still helping me) look at my hidden beliefs.
With exploration of our issues comes more clarity, and with that comes the possibility of change.
I also plan to build new tools in the near future, and if I can find like-minded people who want to create things together, possibly later apps or games.
I welcome your feedback! Let me know what you think of the available tools, or perhaps you have ideas for improvement, or you want to propose new ones?
